Starting online returns is easy.  

  • Please visit our return and exchange page: www.virginbrazilian.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns .
  • Enter your email address and verification code to sign in.
  • Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, 
only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 
  • Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)

We are committed to accepting returns and exchanges of unused wigs and or bundles within 30 days upon receipt. Eligibility for returns or exchanges are subject to, the wig or bundles being in its original condition, with the hair uncut, unbleached, color must be unchanged, and the lace untouched.

(Please note that our luxury wigs and bundles are personal items that directly touch the scalp and Virgin Brazilian prioritizes the safety and hygiene of all our customers. For these reasons we are unable to accept any used wigs)

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  

  • Eyelashes
  • Personal items i.e. shampoos, lace glue remover 
  • Flat Irons, Brushes, Combs etc. 
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  • Gift cards. 
  • Discounted items (if applicable).  

Damage, loss, or theft issues  

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. 
  • If the purchased product is loss, or theft, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.  

Exchanges 

Please also follow the instructions above for exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have; we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you within 3 business days. 

Refund solutions  

  • Refund to original payment method.
  • Refund to your Shopify store credit.
  • Replace with the same item.
  • Refund to store gift card.

How soon will I get my refund?  

  • After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us, and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
  • If you are a VIP customer, the refund is executed immediately after the return request is reviewed and approved.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@virginbrazilian.com.

Refund Processing Time

A refund will be issued in 2 business days. The processing time depends on the different payment method.
